The center has offered its services up to the moment for:
Target Group:
- Blind children who are less than 7 years, kindergarten children
- Blind women who passed the regular education years (13 – 40 years)
- Students who have paired disability (visual, mental) – less than 35 years old

Printed curriculums in embossed font that are approved by the Eradication of Illiteracy Body are taught here - Department for people with paired disability (visual and mental), simple and middle levels
Characteristics
- The only center that provides such service to this segment of people in Yemen
- Availability of qualified cadre and staff who are able to serve this segment of people
- Availability of fixed programs which undergo evaluation and development annually
- Securing rehabilitation, health and social services
Objectives
- To qualify blind students before reaching the regular education years (kindergarten stage)
- To enroll elderly blind women to classes to eradicate illiteracy, so that they can join the regular education classes
- Enabling people with paired disability (visual – mental) to depend on their own selves
- Provision of training consultancy services to workers and the families of disabled people as well as those interested in this field.
