Rua’a Achieves the Wishes

On Sunday morning, November 1, 2020, AOBWC held a ceremony to honor the blind student Rua’a Al-Gabri, who obtained the third place at high school in the Republic of Yemen.

The ceremony included different art parts that were produced by the Organization kids and the artist Akram Al-Sanad, and different words that emphasized the significant role the Organization plays for the sake of promoting the educational aspect. The words also emphasized that the increased number of excellent blind students is largely due to the great attention paid by the Organization to blind girls the Organization educational facilities represented by Al-Halali School which opens its arms for blind kids from kindergarten to the fifth grade of the primary education stage. After that, the role of Integration Administration starts through keeping following blind students’ level and solve their problems at integration schools on an ongoing basis, in addition to providing all curricula, means, and educational needs which ensure that the blind student is able to reach the advanced scientific levels.

The ceremony, which was attended by many distinct figures, integration schools’ managers, heads of associations and centers of people with disabilities, and many relevant authorities, was concluded by honoring AOBWC partners in the educational process and who were a reason for achieving this excellence.
