With the beginning of the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020, and under the slogan of “For Fruitful and Effective Education”, Education Program at AOBWC held on 15/1/2020 a training course for 35 of the female teachers at Al-Aman Center and the Martyr Fadhl Al-Halali School. The course was entitled “Educational Quality and its Applications”, and aimed at providing the staff with the positive knowledge and trends related to quality in the educational process and its responsibilities. The course concentrated on the points:

• Quality definition
• Reasons for applying quality in the educational system in general
• The importance of Quality Administration in education
• The principles underlying Quality Administration in education
• Quality Administration objectives in the educational process
• Comparing the traditional systems to the systems that work with quality
• School role in enhancing quality in teaching
