AOBWC Participation in the Promotional Bazaar Organized as a Part of the 16 Days Campaign Activities

AOBWC participated in the promotional bazaar organized by Women Protection Cluster, The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Yemeni Women Union (YWU) during the period from 28 to 30 November 2019 as a part of the 16 Days Campaign activities. The Organization participation took the form of promoting the products made by the blind women who belong to the Organization. Those products included four different types (incense and perfumes, accessories, embroideries, and bags).

This participation had a great impact on blind women who were able to impose themselves in the midst of the great gathering of the women producers and take a part in this competition just like other women with sight. Also it was an embodiment of the Organization goal of achieving the comprehensive integration of the blind into society.
