AOBWC attended on Wednesday, 21 November 2018, the consultative meeting entitled “The Impact of War on Persons with Disabilities”. The meeting was carried out by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. The purpose of the meeting was to monitor the impact of war on persons with disabilities economically, socially, politically and civilly from the point of view of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
