The Deputy Executive Director of the Fund for Persons with Disabilities, Dr. Ali Nasser Mughli, along with the Director of Human Resources, Rehabilitation Director and the Director of Internal Audit made a surprise visit to some education centers supported by the Fund to check their activities.

The committee on Monday 8/10/2018 made a sudden visit to Al-Halali School, which belongs to AOBWC. Upon the committee arrival to the School headquarters, they inspected the educational process at the School, and passed through all classrooms, laboratories and visually impaired classes. The Committee was satisfied with the special educational activity within the school and regular attendance of teachers and students despite the difficulties and obstacles, especially the severe crises of ‎oil fuel and means of transport.

After that, the committee made a visit to Al-Aman Center for Literacy and Adult Education, which also belongs to AOBWC. The committee was received by Ms. Mona Al-Ghashmi, Director of the center, who in her turn briefed the committee passed with them through all classes in the center. The center takes care of the blind girl students who have dual disability and adult blind girl students who could not get education in younger age. The committee also visited laboratories and visually impaired classrooms, and commended the outstanding work and outstanding performance of the Center.
