The Cultural Center for the Blind at Sana’a University concluded the diploma of the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) for 16 blind male and female graduates from Sana’a University colleges. The diploma lasted for four months in order to help the blind to be able to keep up with the world and the technology. The Secretary General of the Cultural Center for the Blind, Ms. Dunia Al-Absi, stated the importance of this diploma, which enables the blind to go on with distinction and success.
