Doha-Qatar received AOBWC delegation participating in the Third Doha International Conference implemented by the Arab Federation of the Blind from 6 to 9 May 2018 under the slogan “Blind Woman is a Partner in Community Building and Development”. 16 countries participated in the Conference that are keen to realize the principle of effective partnership through the presentation that they will present during the conference days and adopting its outcomes.

Alongside the conference, there will be meetings of the administrative body of the Union in the presence of Marwa Al-Habari representative of AOBWC and Yemen.
