The project of “Enhancing Protection Services for the Most Vulnerable IDPs and Host Communities” in Al-Qaeda City, Dhi Sufal Province, Ibb Governorate aims at raising the community awareness about domestic violence among the members of society with its different categories of men, women and youth. The Project conducted awareness sessions that focused on the concepts of gender, human rights, and gender-based violence and its causes and consequences. Awareness sessions also discussed anger management, problem solving and Women’s rights. They also explained Relief Agency’s applicable system, which is the referral system for issues relating to gender-based violence.
