On 2018-4-25, AOBWC held advocacy meeting with the local authority leadership to educate local authorities to play the required role towards protection and gender issues and to enhance the provision of services to the IDPs and host community within the activities of the project of enhancing protection services for the most vulnerable IDPs and host communities in Alqa’adah City that is funded by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
